Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, here's what you need to know.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of receipt.
How to Start a Return
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending anything back. Email us at hello@herronmarineelectronics.com with your order number, the item you're returning, and the reason for return. We'll respond within 1 business day with next steps.
Return Requirements
- Items must be returned in original, unopened packaging and in resalable condition
- All original accessories, manuals, and components must be included
- Returns that arrive incomplete or in damaged packaging may be refused or subject to a partial refund
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Special order or non-stock items
- Opened or unsealed DVDs, CDs, or cartography cards (unless defective)
Warranty & Repairs
Items requiring warranty service or repair should be returned directly to the manufacturer. Contact us at hello@herronmarineelectronics.com and we'll point you in the right direction.
Restocking Fee
Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% depending on the item and condition. We'll confirm this before you ship anything back.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend a trackable shipping method — we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
